MEGACOM recommends and sells products and solutions from various manufacturers and vendors that meets following attributes and requirements:

1. Economical
It does not matter if the product or solution is best of the best. It has to be also affordable and suitable for our SMB clients as not all of our clients are fortune 100 companies with deep packets.

2. Quality and Reliability
We do not recommend products and solutions simply based on pricing only. We do not want to tell our client "you got what you had paid for!". The product and solution should have good quality providing long term reliability.

3. Service & Support
Many vendors fails to provide good quality support for post-sales needs and requirements. We avoid recommending products and solutions from vendors that do not have "customer oriented/focused" mindset. If a vendor's products and services don't impress us, it won't impress our clients either - period.
